Rokworx Terms & Condition’s Please read these terms and conditions before placing your order.

1. General Working Agreement:

This document defines the Terms and Conditions of our working relationship. All services and products that Rokworx may be produced and provided to you, will be subject to the following.

2. Commencement of Work:

Commencement of work will be in negotiation with Rokworx and the client. Prior to commencement of the works, 30% deposit will be required. And upon completion of works the remaining balance is to be paid within the invoice conditions of 7 days. By agreeing to payment of the deposit, you the customer are accepting the quote and the proposed works to be carried out as outlined in the quotation. Alterations to jobs will be clarified by Rokworx and the client with an agreed price.

3. Product Variations, Samples, Colour and Size:

Whilst we take all reasonable care to ensure that all photographic images of our products published on our sites accurately depict the products
concerned, we cannot guarantee that the exact colour, texture or qualities of all products will be apparent from such images. You should be aware that products made from natural materials (including but not limited to, basalt, travertine, limestone, slate, onyx, marble, quartz, quartzite, granite) may incorporate naturally occurring variations in colour, texture or other qualities which are considered a feature of such natural products. You should also be aware that the colour, shading, texture and quality of any products may vary between different batches of the same product.

4. Delivery Policy:

It is your obligation as the client to enter the correct delivery address details at time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re‐send the order to the correct address at our expense. We will provide you with an estimated date and time for delivery for all orders and while we make every effort to deliver by this time, all dates specified are estimates only.Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee time of delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform Rokworx if an order does not arrive. Once we learn an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge enquiries with the relevant logistics and transport departments to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery.Please note that if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place, or during the time of delivery.

5. Delivery Terms and Conditions:

Before your order can be tipped/delivered, you must read and agree to the delivery terms and conditions below.Rokworx may refuse to enter the property to deliver and return the goods at your cost plus a 10% re-stocking fee if Rokworx consider the tipping area unsafe to execute the delivery. Placement of an order either verbal or written based on a quotation implies acceptance of Rokworx’s offer and these conditions.While the driver/contractor will exercise due care in delivering the material, Rokworx will not be held responsible for any property damage which may occur during the delivery operation or items that will prohibit material from being delivered.

6. Rock Clause:

With any earthmoving undertaken, its is the assumption that the ground is clay/dirt. If under any circumstances the machines come across rock, we need to break the rock and dispose of the rock. An additional charge will be added to the original quote. All of which will take place prior to continuing any works on site until the matter has been discussed with the client.

7. Contaminated dirt;

With any earthmoving and removal of fill undertaken, it’s the assumption that the ground/fill is of clay or dirt and considered clean. If under any circumstances we come across contaminated soil/fill there will be extra costs incurred to dispose of the contaminated fill. Any additional charge will be added to the original quote. All of which will take place prior to continuing works on site until the matter has been discussed with the client. Contamination is classed as but not exclusive too; rubbish, bricks, concrete, glass, steel, wood ect.
